Options For Custom Snapback Caps
The snapback cap, also known as the “hip-hop cap,” is a special type that demands strict standards and attention to detail. It is often positioned as a premium-quality hat.
The snapback cap comes in 5-panel, 6-panel, and 7-panel variations, as well as 5-panel camp caps and mesh snapbacks. The standard version of the snapback cap refers to the 6-panel design.
Depending on customer requirements, the snapback cap can be made with a structured (with a brim), unstructured (without a brim), or semi-structured design. The standard snapback cap is usually structured. Snapback caps can also be divided into open-back and closed-back versions (elastic caps are typically made with a closed-back design).

A COMPLETE QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM
We strictly perform AQL2.5 quality standard. We are responsible for the damaged goods caused by improper sewing or packing.
We apply ISO 9000 quality control system to every aspect of our workflow. By doing that, we want to make our hat’s quality controllable. Also, we have IQC, IPQC, FQC people to ensure the whole system works.

Shipping

The time will be 25-30 days, usually for bulk production, with over 2000 pieces.
