Payment and Delivery
We offer several payment methods and different types of delivery, depending on the size of your order.Everything you need to know about our payment options and worldwide delivery service
Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Delivery methods: Express by air (5-7 business days) and sea (15-25 days). Sea shipping isn’t available for small orders.
Carriers: We usually use UPS, DHL, and TNT. We can also work with other carriers or shipping agents.
Shipping costs depend on order’s weight, destination, and sending options. We do not make money on shipping costs.
Incoterms: FOB (Free On Board), DAP (Delivered at Place), and other terms are available.
Our dedicated logistics team regularly updates your shipment and will assist with delivery inquiries. We coordinate with customs brokers in destination countries to ensure smooth clearance.
Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees their local authorities require. These vary by country and will be collected during delivery or clearance. Our experienced logistics team works proactively to minimise customs delays. If a delay occurs, our team will coordinate with local customs officials and inform you about the status and estimated release time.

Sample
Full sample making costs (including shipping costs) before sample making.
Special considerations:
Some factors, such as large order, returning client and future business potential, may qualify you for special payment terms. Please contact us for more information.
Production
50/50 (deposit/balance): deposit of 50% before we start production. Remaining 50% before we ship the goods, when production is ready and has passed our quality control. The pre-production sample included with a production order is free.
